I am authorized to perform repairs, factory modifications/"Signature Upgrades" to Icon Audio (UK) Ltd., Graham Slee (UK) and Pure Fidelity (CA) audio equipment.  I am the appointed service center for Audioarcan, a Canadian distributor/dealer located locally here in Barrie, Ontario.

Above, an  Icon Audio, PS3 MkII, Phone Stage  is on my bench, undergoing a  "Signature Upgrade".
This entails replacing the existing five valves, the four E88CC valves are upgraded with a quad-matched
set of premium E88CC valves, the existing 6SN7 / CV181 valve is upgraded to a premium grade CV181.
This upgrade includes replacing four  audio coupling capacitors  to the  Mundorf  "MCap EVO SilverGold.Oil"  series.

When shipping a unit to me for service, I have arranged with Audioarcan to accept shipments on my behalf, to ensure that the courier of your choice, never drops at my door in my absence. Porch theft is a growing concern. With this arrangement, we are assured that your product lands safe and sound. I will pickup your shipment from Audioarcan upon its arrival.

Fast Return

Audioarcan will ship back your equipment by UPS Ground, unless otherwise arranged.  This will ensure you receive it in the shortest timeframe.
